No, they started side by side although I guess one could argue that’s being “held back” just because the Rafale as a delta could have made a sharper initial turn-in.

Feel free to watch Gronky and Lemoine (Former US F-18 and F-16 pilots) analysis on the Rafale video dogfight. They concluded that the F-22 and Rafale started off equally (side-by-side) and the F-22 didn’t have fuel tank on.

Did datamine show any potential nuclear carrier for the red side? Could Mig-29 be one?

So far just the f16, but probably very soon red side’s one will be shown

I don’t think so, it would either be as good as rafale or eft in a dogfight

it would turn better once then lose all of its speed if using TVC

remember. Rafale has a buttload of fake buffs to it. not sure what i can discuss on forums about it but some bad faith actors did a lot of work.

even if F-22 was the absurd slayer of gods that freeaboos think it is, a WT rafales gonna dumpster it

The problem with the F-22 is that aircraft with a lot of weight just dumps speed like nothing else in-game regardless of the amount of thrust. While the F-22 would have the highest TWR in the game, it also would weigh just as much as a Sukhoi if not more, which means every turn would dump speed like crazy.

Gaijin could model it according to the British trails since actualy STR and ITR are still classified

22 degree STR and 37 degree ITR does not sound bad

Doesn’t have to use TVC to dump speed either, like a lot of very heavy flight models in-game, for example the Sukhois, and allegedly the F-22 is just as heavy if not more than the sukhois.

COIN aircraft are so cool, unfortunately Gaijin is probably gonna make most of them premium

But won’t higher TWR mean it could gain that lost speed quickly as well?

not really

You mean higher TWR, theoretically it should but the suhkois also have a high TWR and they don’t regain speed like crazy, so who knows.

Yes,

True, we would just need to wait and see what they will do

Why?
