POV: Rest of the world discovers gaming in Australia is equivalent to self harm.
yeah high ping in this game is actually the worst, you hear people go it lets them dodge shots and stuff and say high ping is a buff, but it isn’t by a long shot.
notching isn’t just a skill based thing for high ping players like it is with regular ping players, instead skill just changes the percentage of gambling you’re doing that rng decides not to kill you.
Its actually why I stopped playing air as much with the shear amount of fox3 spam and wvr meta of the micas and r77-1 a while back made it impossible for me to do well or defend without it being a big gamble that any of the stuff i do even works anymore.
plus the fact that with the missile spam mouse and click radar controls are the best, however with high ping the thing is near impossible to use lmao so cyclic is the only way and that is frkn terrible to spam switch target 20 times miss it by one and do it again in a short period of time as you try lock the missile coming at you .
ground ping is annoying but its more like any shooter you just need to be more campy or standoff as the extra time for reaction just is kinda annoying but not impossible to work around.
also I did play nuclear warfare to see what the constant complaints were about such as nato players being held at spawn and such.
what were they even talking about it was fine playing high alt and notching was the same as it was prior maybe even easier, the only thing of note was that everyone is either a coward or doesn’t know how to bvr because there all on the floor so it makes any mechanical scanning radar with small scan areas suck when played in the bvr format.
( I’m complaining about that because for a mode like this the acceleration and speed boost of the f15e over the f15c ge should have made it better for it but no i ran into the issue of i couldn’t find anyone along the floor with the tiny scan areas for its tws.)
also this is my own complaint if you’re gonna complain about being spawn camped by spaa and r77-1 stop spawning at the forward goddamn bases i had 12 people spawning there over and over .
spread out play the further back ones to give some breathing room was there silly sauce given to these players before they started playing because they seem to have forgotten the last 2 years of META and gameplay norm changes.
On an actual note can i have someone actually dot point the issues because so far all i keep seeing is very exaggerated claims about Russian/Warsaw bias and difficulty, both of these alone so far seem to be player skill and iq induced and i don’t want to just be going around saying skill issue, if there’s problems i do want to understand and view the issues if there are any significant ones?

This thing probably more realistic than all traction nerfs.
Better change the sign of a few code blocks and the bug occurs while driving forward. Easy fix

It’s honestly concerning they never figured it out, its such an obvious and potentially game breaking bug
You need to limit it to the highway only, the grass makes it more than 30m wide, which quite clearly is too much
(no but seriously, i saw someone saying Red desert was bad, while it’s one of the only good recent maps imo)

I guess the assumption should be Gaijin don’t know about everything and just report it anyway. But yeah can confirm not fun to come up against and with that vid everyone and their mum will know about it so expect getting shot from spots you wouldn’t normally look at. But i’m also a little conflicted because i hate the traction nerfs if they absolutely don’t want you to get to a specific spot then red zone it but reducing vehicle traction for the sake of these spots is getting a little overkill when every vehicle now feels like your driving on ice
its safe to say its the reason for it, i have never seen a challenger shifting like that
This is nothing lol, go max reverse and then make a sharp turn and let go of the turning, you will see ur tank suddenly lurge backwards like it gained 10k horsepowers.
Now imagine vehicles with fast reverse gears like Type 10, TAM 2C, Hunter AFV, Merkava Mk.4, Fox etc.
When it kicks in it’s constant as well nothing slows you down if it does you’re back up to full reverse speed in an instant
yeah no i did that to its insane, im hoping its some test for regenerative steering in the future possibly
You randomly fall through the Russian aircraft carrier deck when spawning or taking off.
This bug is extremely annoying and frustrating because it has already happened to me around 10 times every match.
It is not acceptable that after landing, respawning, or taking off from the Russian aircraft carrier, the aircraft can suddenly fall through the deck and crash for no reason. This makes carrier operations unreliable and that ruins your gameplay experience a lot.
This has been happening since day one and still any change.
