Actually, it turns out that in addition to these aircraft, they’re also adding the MiG-19PT and F-100D as killstreaks. Also, the A-10A is going to be the A-10A Late rather than the A-10A.
They haven’t devblogged it yet, but the USS South Carolina (CGN-37) seems like it 's going to be the other ship for this month 's update alongside the Pr.11661

Really just want dedicated Missile boats, how long till we have CIWS to take out ASM coming at us!!! Probably a good while 😞

Possible but no real evidence for it yet. Of course at this stage, there’s not really much evidence for anything other than the few rumors we have.
There are a few features with a rough estimate of early 2026: ARMs, ASMs, and Rank IX aircraft.
Of course, “early 2026” could easily cover the second major update (June) as well, so those features are equally likely there at this point.

Yeah I’m hoping rank IX aircraft will include Korean air CBT with ground coming later but thats extra optimistic

It would be cool, but it is a bit optimistic.
A Korean air tree basically has to have the KF-21 to generate interest. There just aren’t a lot of unique vehicles that would get people to invest in the tree at all without it.
The KF-21 is technically a 4.5 gen fighter, though there is some debate on this, but it would absolutely make people angry if it were added before fifth generation aircraft. And we know that BVVD doesn’t foresee fifth generation aircraft in the game before the second half of 2026, that is, the third major update and onwards.
Of course, that’s all just speculation. Personally I’m a fan of having more tech trees in War Thunder and I hope to see more soon.

Am i the only one who thinks that f22 f35 or Su 57 and j20 will just not be as strong as everyone thinks they will be because the maps are still not that big most of the times and all the scenarios are just 16 16 head on and if you have open weapon bays and radar on your stealth is worth nothing i know i should avoid that but i think it has to be said

I need some help identifying a plane. I’m not sure what plane this MICA IR is mounted on, doesn’t seem to be a French-design plane that it is mounted on. Last portion of the video.

Yeah it’s pretty much just US + Russia for the majority of it. Although along with the KF-21 there’s also the TA/FA-50 which would be pretty interesting.

That would make a lot more sense, it’s in an archive labeled “MICA IR” but it isn’t a guarantee that it is a MICA IR. Was IRIS-T mounted on F-16? There’s speculation the vehicle is an F-16.
Maybe a Gripen? Though i am personally leaning towards some form of Mirage F1.
