External for sure!!

I uhh… don’t think that is much of an improvement reliability-wise lol.

“external” also a video so cant be used as evidence

It’s mostly just people joking about a “unique” (was going to say funny, but not sure if that is the appropriate word here) thing a military vehicle has done.

Hell even British people joke about it. The only people who don’t see it are the people who need the capabilities of their military to overcompensate for aspects in their own life (hey no shame to any of those people, we all have our coping mechanisms).

Yeah that’s fair.

But still my £2k Fiesta is somehow more reliable than the £6.2 billion Ajax (I know each Ajax doesn’t cost that but the project as a whole) even with a destroyed gearbox and clutch.

I only had the thing a week and it would stall whenever I put it into reverse and lock the gears into place. Would then stall when trying to start it with the clutch still all the way in. Turned out to be both the clutch and gearbox just disintegrated which I found out when taking it back to the garage and it just died when I turned from the junction at the top of a hill and rolled down to said garage at the bottom still in first gear.

But yeah the state of it is actually shocking. There’s videos of someone going around it and it looks like it costs £20.99 from TikTok shop.

tbf the joke gets old when every single time the ajax is mentioned it gets brought up, the only funny time ive seen on here was someone actually bug reporting it on the dev server which was really funny

Yeah, I was practically howling when I saw the videos. If I was in the British armed forces and was told to ride those into battle I would honestly prefer desertion.

That is a fair point, the amount of jokes will probably die down in a couple of weeks when it’s not new anymore.

Might as well pop down to Argos and pick up one of these bad boys for better quality.

Spoiler

Sure you’re missing the 30mm gun but probably still better chances of surviving in one of them. Especially if you want to keep your hearing.

@Smin1080p_WT Are GBUs ever going to be fixed?

@Smin1080p_WT 3 years ago there is a bug when a bomb directly impacts a target and the damage to the target is inconsistent. Community Bug Reporting System. It was accepted but never fixed, have the devs looked into this problem yet? Its been 3 years :(

Yeah they will get fixed right after the Mavs are.

Comrade, there is actually transparent explosive and fire proof material on that, simply superior ruski tech!
Ze western mind simply cannot comprehend this

So @Smin1080p_WT could we please now get an explaination on how these are supposedly “External” belts and not supposed to destroy the vehicle (like they would on every other belt-fed vehicle without blowout panels)?

The belts are not even covered up towards the crew-compartment…

And that is already beyond the point that primary sources clearly list there only being 2 belts in total, which should’ve already sufficed to disprove the existence of “external belts”.

Clearly a marketing lie

Does anybody have a list of all the weapons that have been datamined for the infantry mode?

Not sure if it’s all of them but at least a decent chunk
