Valid point.
However £6.2 Billion was spent to make an AFV that severely injures its own crew when not in combat. And also sheds parts like a dog shedding its winter coat.
Also there’s a video of someone showing off the quality issues and you’d think it was ordered off Temu.

My point is the internet is losing it’s mind yes Ajax has issues and they will be resolved but it has not been rushed into service. We are not packing in crews knowing the inherent flaws the system has…Whereas a certain Nation knows the autoloaders are a death trap and sends 1000s of crews to their deaths.

T series explode with any penetrating hit, the thing is tiny any penetration is going to hit ammo.
I don’t think the world is loosing its mind. The British army are just loosing the ability to put them into service under their own decision (and rightly so, for crew safety and vehicle quality).
In game, when you remove those IRL flaws, its a very fine vehicle.

They sort of did though. It’s not like the crew going deaf and being concussed when taking it for a test drive is something that’s not noticeable. That issue should have been noticed long ago but somehow it didn’t.
And also the quality issues it’s facing. There’s a video that was making the rounds showing off a bunch off issues and it makes my 2013 Ford Fiesta look like a Maserati in comparison.
Keyword. IRL tanks don’t fight tanks. Infantry cummulative weapons are near useless against T-series with a lot of era and cages. So no penetrations.
They didn’t hear any complaints, so there was no issue.

1000+ destroyed T-series tanks more if we factor in T-64s too. They are not a well armoured or protected tank.
At around 12:20, he looks around the turret position and behind him are the fully exposed 30 mm shells.
