This match was 9.3-10.3 specifically. I really have no issues killing BMPTs even with my stock MBT-70/XM803 (yes I just picked them up now). 20mm helps in disabling/suppressing them when you aim for the 30mm belt to finish them off.
thats my point in a down br to 9.3 there is a limit of like 3 BMPTs at most on the enemy team due to how the match maker works, when its say a 10.7 or 11.0 game 90% of an enemy team could be in BMPTs
I dont really see how quantity issue relates to BMPT’s performance. Such spam happens every time Gaijin introduces some highly anticipated or/and unique vehicles. The only thing about the BMPT that makes them difficult to kill is the ridiculous amount of fire they can launch at you at once making it hard to see whats even happening but other than that they are one tap kills for the most part. I say that after playing mainly 10.7 and 9.3 so idk maybe at some other specific BR’s they are a problem.
One tap??? Are you joking? It takes at least 3 shells on their weak spots, and even then, half the time it does nothing.
If you hit their 30mm belt they go off instantly
I have had that happen a total of 3 times, hell ive had games where I shoot their hull belts and they still dont die, 9 out of 10 times they catch fire but can still just use the other belt or the ATGMs, idk what insane luck you are having where you always one shot them in the ammo but I want it lmao

I have been one tapping the BMPTs pretty consistently when I hit their weakspots.
However I have mostly stuck to the good old LFP, drivers hatch and just the side for weakspots, I couldn’t reliably make the ammo belt work as a weakdpot.
Most reliable would be to shoot their front wheel probably. Works every time

Unique mechanic in Infantry mode for Ajax. Open bay and catch enemy troops with reverse, then close the door and drive for a bit to kill them
They should make it so after every match if you’ve driven the Ajax for more than 2 minutes your crew level will be reset due to them being medically discharged with life altering injuries.
Ajax vibrates people slightly…World loses it’s mind.
Meanwhile T-90s are exploding and killing their complete crews…ha silly Brits making IFV that shoogles the crew not like stronk Russian tanks.
T series explode only when hit into well protected carousel. Ajax damages crew during normal operation
