Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion

How is a SEAD jet one off, they used quite a few of them.

Only in service with one USAF squadron just like the F-15SG. But yeah your right. I picked it over F-111E because it did have more advanced avioncis

All roads lead to the Commonwealth discussions.

One-off because SEAD is still not in the game yet.

I see it

Well no, but this topic is usually one of the most popular ones, that’s important for spreading ideas. Besides, maybe since we have gotten HMMWV’s in the form of AA, we can start to expect some in the form of being offensively armed.

You’re solely responsible for whatever occurs now.

Heck yeah, man

The amount of production variants of third gen planes still missing pales in comparison to the sheer amount of prototypes and experimental planes from the third generation that are still missing

They are now adding more and more experimental early jets so maybe they will start adding more off that kind of stuff for 2nd and 3rd gen

Not a prototype but I’d love to get the F-5F at some point.

Either and early version that’s a direct F-5E copy but with and extra seat and 1 less gun or the 2000’s upgraded version in-line with the F-5N with 9L’s.

Ngl I hope we get S-350 instead of the S-300

“Commonwealth Thunder” lol.

Tho I guess that is a side effect of the active people here and their wants and/or equipment(domestic or otherwise)

yeah but the thing is the ME P1101 gave birth to both the BELL X5 and the grumman JAGUAR which both have its variable sweep wing design

Bell X-5 > National Museum of the United States Air Force™ > Display
bell X5 is a scaled up copy and jaguars a redesign

the HeS 011 turbojet never entered production, with only 19 prototypes built in total. One of these was mounted in the Messerschmitt Me P.1101 that was taken to the United States, forming the basis of the Bell X-5.
