AbramsX would probably do fine imo. but I also have a sneaking suspicion that gaijin will also want to add stuff like the KF51 and other similar things so nothing would really change at top tier, Germany would still be the top. Maybe Russia if they threw in something like T-14.
Nah, my luck would be TOW HMMWV as squadron vehicle, so I have to either pay the price of a premium and then have to grind everything on it, or play the game for 3 months straight to then have to grind everything on it.
I mean, even without the KF51, I feel like the 2A8 would stomp the competition, just like the 2A7 currently does.
Even with the remote turret on the AbramsX, I don’t think that survivability is gonna be enough to match the 2A8

No. M1 TTB was crewless turret Abrams, Thumper was test bed for the 140mm + autoloader (CATTB without all the extra features and armor), and CATTB is too hard to describe quickly (and autoloaded 140mm, APS, very well armored).
(My small descriptions are butchered very badly, I would recommend searching them up for a better description)

I could see the M1 TTB maybe but i dont think thats really top tier worthy like the Abrams X would be and the CATTB and Thumper are in the 140mm+ gun territory so I suspect gaijin would be saving those for when they introduce stuff like the Object 195/477 and leopard 140s.

That’s a common misconception (WoT calls it the CATTB Thumper). Thumper was just to test the 140 + autoloader, CATTB was full ham on gizmos and survivability.
it’s a all aspect shot, FoV IRCCM only “guarantees” a hit when its very close at a rear aspect. this is normal behavior plus you are putting the flare between you and the missile
