Infantry got big potential, and I could honestly see a WW1 mode attracting even more people from outside WT, just look at BF1, that game is 10 years old and it still has a playerbase haha, I hope Gaijin manages the potential they have well.

There’s other ways they could be added. 0.0-0.7 BR was just one of 3 ideas I had for introducing them in my suggestion and was just the easiest one to represent the additions that could be added.
I mean… he isn’t really wrong. WW1 era stuff would be nowhere near as popular as WW2 is.

There is still a big calling for it though. Just look at how many people play coastal naval and Gaijin seem to keep adding stuff to that.
Like yaaaaaaaaaaaay I love playing dodge 1,000 missiles while almost scraping my butt against the dirt and no way of avoiding it vs gun game play

Yeah, Korean and Cold War stuff is my favourite as well. It’s nice middle ground between the rather slow WW2 gameplay and the pretty brainless modern day gameplay.
I do enjoy WW2 as well, especially ground battles, but I really have to be in the mood to sit down and play WW2 air battles.
It really is a shame that Gaijin has been focusing so much on modern day stuff, but we are getting close to the point where they finally are forced to add less modern content!

There are ship suggestions with more votes than that
If you can’t beat a 109 then that’s a skill issue on your end but seriously though I rather play with guns then missiles

I’m not talking about just the suggestions. People have been asking for WW1 for a while and not just on the forums. The forum makes up a minority of the playerbase and to base somethings popularity solely on a forum suggestion is just wrong.

Or that the forum is made up of every single player and everyone looks and votes on suggestions.
Like my suggestion has nearly 2k views (give or take a few hundred repeat views) but only 106 votes so clearly not everyone actually votes. And even if they all did vote you’d still have the millions of people that aren’t on the forums which haven’t voted.

Idk about you but every RxR just seems to get stupider with every update with people.
Top tier is treated like god tier, everyone thinks this tier is the only tier that matters for war thunder, if that were the case then by all means they should make a suggestion to remove what 90% of the game. I like my props as any man would but for me to say what he just said is like someone has putted his head into a microwave at full blast

I mean to be fair for a lot of people top tier is what they want like me personally props are cool and all but after playing them for so long I prefer jets and high tier its just much more fun imo
