what are you even meaning with these two previous replies i am genuinely confused and curious.
Read from here:
Show me combat data on the missile?
Even in Eritrea the missile failed when used by Russian pilots!
Where are we getting data from?
Yes, yes, yes …
Both belly and TGP pylons are incorrectly modelled to begin with. If you compare irl photos with what we got in game you’ll see that these pylons have completely different models.
just read
I suggest you do the same then
ita game, if you dont think so, lets put the aim7 at its irl problems, we’ll see how it will struggle
What problems did the Aim7M have?
Aim7M most successful SARHM, managed to have
The highest kill rate in a war and didnt just fail or not work whenever anyone tried to deploy it.
okay his takes there are definitely odd, but how is that related to the fact the R27ER is better in game than real life,( still unsure about this again only sources I see say it has 19 G ish overload)
i am not against nerf or a buff of a missile, but i just said that the current one is good while he said its mid.
in real life mate were all agreeing here lmao.
there’s no debate it is the strongest fox 1 in game I don’t think anyone thinks its mid in game
Yeah
im an idiot an cant read ignor coment lol
In game it is broken and OP in the real world it is not capable of what it does in game.
And when we break down the components and seeker quality electronics limitations and the time frame it was developed. It’s just fiction it is so hard to notch, chaff and kinematically defeat.
Various sources suggest that the R-27 family, in general, suffered from poor reliability and low probability of kill (Pk) in real world combat situations compared to contemporary Western missiles like the AIM-7 Sparrow or modern AIM-120 AMRAAM. One anecdotal report suggests a hit ratio as low as 9% in some conflicts, with one hit target even managing to land safely.
Ok 👍 go bug report it then
Yeah but no one wants to play when you have “chance to hit” implemented. This would make the game even more RNG based, an enemy can not defend and get “lucky” whilst presuring you when your missile just fails. This isnt irl, its a video game. With missile failure implemented every nation would be effected, and it just wouldnt be fun and would punish people who know how to play and only reward people who dont know how to defeat (or are not even paying attention)
yeah I agree the focus should be not on its speed or reliability it should be focused on how much it should physically be capable of in actual conditions with reliability as a certain guaranteed factor.
