Yo Israel mains, prepare to get shafted. This plus the “Greece/Cyprus ain’t coming soon” thing really makes me think they ain’t getting an AESA top tier jet this December. Unless they decide to pull a South African Gripen C and only add one vehicle to help the tree with something like a F-16V or Rafale, I have a feeling it’s gonna keep being left behind here

Still waiting on a response too

No idea if Kfir C10 counts or not

That’s what I was thinking, and although it ain’t a top tier AESA (sure it could be higher with Python 3/5 and I-Derby/I-Derby ER), it’s still an AESA equipped jet.

Surely the devs don’t think it counts, right?

Three options:

  1. Subtree addition
  2. F-15I with AESA based on Israels plans to upgrade their F-15Is with the AN/APG-82(V)1
  3. “You have the Kfir C.10”

Option four. TT Kfir C10 with some of those said weapons

39-7 is the testbed (gripen ng)
39-8 through 39-10 is the development prototypes (gripen e)
39-60xx represents the actual serial production of the aircrafts delivered to sweden and brazil (gripen e)

The heavily modified gripen d is the only gripen ng, thats what i am trying to say. They will either add prototypes of the gripen e, or the modified gripen d.

Probably no Python 5s, but I-Derbys might be an option

It really depends on how close we are to them.

F-16i still makes me pause. Just seems… ripe… to get them

That’s the hope, or at the very least one vehicle. However Smin implied earlier that the Greece/Cpyrus subtree ain’t coming this year, and prob not first patch next year if I had to guess. One vehicle early might be possible.

Wouldn’t be the most outlandish thing they’ve ever done, but I doubt they’d go fictional with solving this issue given it still doesn’t physically exist yet. The F-15I+ could open the door to Israeli AH-64Es, F-15IAs, and depending on how the rumors progress Sufas and Barak IIs of block 70/72 standards too. Least likely option imo.

Willing to bet this is what they go with…

Although that would be cool and all, that wouldn’t make much sense and is EXTREMELY unlikely for two reasons:

1: Gaijin does not like adding exact counterparts of previous event vehicles to the game, they’ve fully denied the Merkava Mk.3D for Israel bc the event version is in the American tree (which is bs).
2: There isn’t another variant to add, this is the only one and it’s already represented ingame. The vehicle entered service with the Python 5 and I-Derbys right from the get go. The regular Kfir C.10 is still an option, but it would lack I-Derbys and would have the F-5T TCU/Lavi radar. It would be more likely they replace everyone’s Block 60 with that and then add the Block 60 as a new separate vehicle than adding another B60 imo.

I dont think that would stop them. We have 3 version of the Viggen D practically invented from no where. I think they could just add a Kfir C10 (late) and call it a day

I mean we already have the I-Derby ingame lmao, but it’s only on the SPYDER AiO and it’s a copy paste derby :despair:. I-Derby ER would be quite nice

Also you didn’t hear this from me but

The regular Derby doesn’t actually have datalink irl, one of the I-Derby’s improvements over the derby was its addition, reg Derby only has inertial guidance I believe is the term. Gaijin seems to have missed that thankfully…

I mean, we are at a point where Gaijin just throws weapons and system at every nation no matter if they even thought about ever buying them or not

Afaik only the US, UK, Netherlands and Poland operate (or plan to operate) the JAGM 179

The Typhoons have fictional Brimstone loadouts and plenty of other fictional loadouts on other planes

Oh yeah… forgot about that

Not in Sim, in ARB it seems to be there

Well I’m more so talking about the vehicle itself than the weaponry when I brought up the AH-64E. Israel has purchased them, and they’ve been approved iirc, but they haven’t been built (maybe in the process of it?) or delivered yet.
