The clickbait sits at 12.0, the SEP/SEPV2 sit at 12.7.
Top tier in WT is not the highest bracket. Its just the top battle rating, which for GRB is 12.7 and for ARB its 14.7

Anyone familiar with the OSA-AK/M system? According to the Ausairpower (Engagement and Fire Control Radars (S-Band, X-band)) the Land Roll radar can detect targets towards an elevation of 30 degrees. Thats quite the difference from the 12 degrees in game, and would make the OSAs much better

Well they said Chinese new SAM and top jet and all that, should be coming soon, I mean preferably this update although what those are are unknown. The other things may not be short (enough) term but next (next next) major update should see those.
wasn’t SPEAR 3 denied for that, since it’s a powered weapon. GBU-53 is very comparable to the SPICE 250 so it’s fairly likely imo
