ECM would further destroy balance
because you have aircraft like Gripen, Rafale and EFT which have very strong ECM already Built in while other aircraft like F-15/16/18 need to take ECM Pods to get similar ECM performance
rhe aircraft already in game have such a Variety of ECM Systems available that this would not only be a Major Meta change as that would all of a sudden the the most important part of the Aircraft it would also require a Serious amount of work to introduce and throw all the current balance off the table

Israel managed to put an integrated EW suite in every one of their modern 4th gen fleet which are all US produced.

I mean the big winners of EW will be those who have dedicated EW aircraft, so China, USA and Britain (Australia), all you have to do is wait for those and America will be somewhat dominant again (as long as there is a growler on each flank)

I mean me personally I’m taking a J-16D/J-15DT over the Su-30/35/57 in terms of EW suite, it seems a lot more modern and focused + they are by far the best looking flankers
