Not glide, that doesn’t exist, just SPEAR 3
it can get a low speed buff and a sustained turn rate buff by about 1 degrees at most speeds that would put it roughly on par with the su-27s

Look at the J-11B, that one is already in line with most nations.
Actually, at those high G overloads, the Tomcat’s lifting body takes over after the wingtips essentially stall at high AoA, making the Tomcat quoted as “unbreakable” by Grumman and test pilots and they kept it from pilots because obviously telling US navy pilots of that era that they pulled 15G with not a single bit of airframe damage in testing would NOT end well.

the j11b is just an upgraded su27, do you think the su27 is in line with the su30 or the eurofighters/rafales?

No? It would actually have dramatically increased flight performance in comparison to the Phoenix, while having more maneuvering energy than the 120.
It just likely wouldn’t have any better seeker or close in performance due to “dev decisions”
