Can the same be said about Singapore going to China?
The recent CM response to the Thailand controversy mentioned Singapore going to China as a possible subtree. But the vast majority of the comments opposed this idea.
The point being is that Indonesia is meant to be a sub for Japan as was stated earlier in the week if the community was happy. What he’s done their is milking content for his members by claiming that it could be the next independent nation

to be fair its probably the price they pay for one if not the best toptiers the rafale and the rather strong Leclerc which is a top 5 tank
there thinking about that its not confirmed and it seems pretty unlikely
Can’t wait for him to look at that “every Indonesian vehicle” overview from the subtree suggestion and hype it up as a new tree for the clickbait value, while getting the most basic details about just about every vehicle wrong…

The term he could be using is this “War Thunder : New Indonesian sub nation to Japan (Sneak peak on what MIGHT come)” that what he should be using
That’s the thing, it technically is. But he knows wording it this way gets more views so it’s what he calls the video that is really just about blankly reading the recently passed ground subtree suggestion.
That being said it’s a great suggestion, so I hope if anything that leads more people to read it.

They’d properly knew Thailand ground wasn’t enough which isn’t not but their air is great. Just a shame how gaijin seems to be flip flopping between China and Japan

I don’t think they are, I think they just realized they needed to fix issues with the Chinese tree, but since they didn’t want to do that attempted to divert existing resources there instead. It’s not so much that they were uncertain, just lazy.

Yeah i looked through it earlier, quite some interesting vehicles there.
So it is mainly the way youtube have been run for the last 10 years that is the problem, with the clickbaity thumbnails and titles?
I dont watch most of his videos, but i appreciate that he presents news and changes in the game for people that might not be on the forums and the subreddit. He also posts good videos from the dev servers, highlighting most of the new additions. So if i am unable to get on the dev server myself and i am interested in a particular vehicle, i look at his videos.

In this case yes, the actual video isn’t public so there isn’t any other known issues.
Yeah by itself it’s not an issue, he just sometimes distorts and skips information and lets personal bias creep in a bit much. Wouldn’t be an issue if he presented it that way, but he sells it as a news source which in some cases is problematic.
Not an issue as long as it’s taken with a grain of salt though.

Some messing with foilage and a few other settings more seems to have helped with the performance issues some but i still have the issue of the trees duplicating and often times not disappearing like they should.
Yeah but it would be nice to have more diversity, not especially stronger vehicles. The ouragan is amazing, don’t get me wrong, but I would enjoy something new.
And let’s be real the mistral would be hilarious

To be honest if he does mean that, I hope the 20 minute video means he’ll give some greater emphasis on the unique Indonesian vehicles (Harimau, Badak, etc.), unque Indonesian modifications (AMX-13 Retrofit, PT-76M, etc.) and maybe some more unusual imports like the BTR-4.
I just don’t want this video to end up telling everyone Indonesia is a boring subtree choice when it can easily become as interesting as South Africa was.
