This wasn’t even done by the Government, Imgur just decided to pull out of the UK. Probably because of Wikipedia losing their case and Imgur got investigated at the start of this year by the British. Which is pretty bad considering that WhatsApp, Signal and Facebook have already said they’ll walk out.
