They actually know what they’re doing lol. It’s way more profitable for them to do what they’re doing, instead of allocating the resources necessary to fix the endless issues.
Chile or LATAM to Israel, LATAM supporters would be real upset lmao and it’s quite possible too
The fact that they are saying they need everyone to speak out and saying the “devs dont learn from their past mistakes” leads me to believe it might not be a tech tree related thing but maybe something with the game economy which imo is far worse and has far more community wide consequences than a controversial sub tree.
You do have a point. There were also harsh economy nerfs leaked earlier this year/late last year too. I remember smin coming in and denying them quickly.
The EN playerbase isn’t united enough to make enough of a stir about any vehicle additions excluding Ukraine to Russia, but I do see economy changes causing a large pushback from all players.
Could be multiple bad choices. Bad subtree/TT additions and economy issues all in one.
I’m guessing the past mistakes being referred too is the big leak last October which, at the time, Gaijin seemed to listen (or atleast take notes) on what the community said:
If it is referring to that I’m certain it will be the issue of Singapore (+ASEAN) to China. But could be the economy nerf mentioned at the end of it. But most likely something to do with China.
i pray for bigger ground maps.
Personally I’m not really sure exactly how an South Korean Air Tree could be added (to the US); without an F-4 in it somewhere considering what Smin said about there being no planned additional F-4s.
Hope you get a newer airliner. The old ones are louder
Olivia posted the second half of the leak
some stuff I forgot to post
there will be at least 3 ranks of “humans”
different armors by class, eg 2, 3a, 4.
separate body armor and helmet
soft, steel, and ceramics
armors of the same type might have different appearances.
“crew” skills for infantry
max stamina
how long they can hold breath to stabilize the gun sight.
med kit healing effectiveness
keen vision like for tanks
running speed
aiming speed
bomb planting speed
weapon swap speed
stance change speed
weapon handling
reload speed
horizontal recoil control
vertical recoil control
weapon movement speed
weapon sway control
organization (squad morale?)
squad size
“repair speed” in hangar
I’m still not sure if you research guns or squads.
There will be “kill streaks” like in ground arcade.
Conscript, Veteran, and Delta Force
I’m going to hate infantry even more now if this will be part of the main combined armed elements of the game
As long as it’s in its own gamemode I won’t have any issue with it
Same as long it’s within it’s own mode then I wouldn’t have to deal with the on going pain that ground is already at.
Oh boy more questionably done and potentially P2W mechanics I can’t wait.
Most likely squads, since I have a feeling this will be a lot like enlisted. It does make me worried that they won’t get a separate mode+so few maps are designed for them in the first place.
There have been some maps leaked though,
“Yugovaria”
“Almassa”
“granitograd”
“central africa” has a slum and an airport
“amaddu” some thing about a cinema, hotel, and gas station
“varan”
“east germany”
“east valley”
“middle east” map could be one of the above
and of course with Enlisted having the same models in their game as war thunder does I wouldn’t be surprised to see most of Enlisted stuff suddenly popping up at launch of the mode
Oh, great, crew skills
So that basically means it’s going to be a permanent addition…
They could be working on new maps, new gamemodes involving already existing vehicles, submarines to bully battleships with (yes, i despise battleships in naval), but nooooo, let’s tack on a FPS to War Thunder !
Can’t wait for this gamemode to flop harder than naval and Enlisted
Plans change:tm:
That or they just omit any F-4s completely since the US already has a bunch.
But that’s not quite right, Due to the fact that there are issues with the F-4E (See attached report(s)), An SK F-4D / F-4E would potentially bring a significant addition that the US F-4E is arbitrarily lacking in it’s ALQ-23A/A Pave Spike Targeting pod, thus bringing LGBs to the Tech tree at ~10.3 / 10.7 or so.
They would have a distinct role.
