@gszabi99 sorry to ping you but i noticed on one of your datamines its mentioned that the CV90120 is going up from 27.7t to 35t, any chance thats means its becoming the 2007 model with Hardkill APS considering it was only that model that weighs 35t
This month 's Passed to the Devs set contains one vehicle which is in the files unused, the Mohawk IV, and one vehicle which has been leaked, the CM-34.
A large chunk of the differences would barely be noticable
RWR is different, but whether you’ll notice or impacted by the slightly different band coverage is unlikley
MAWS, LWR, CMs, etc are all different to the US one, but again. due to game limitations, there probably wont be any noticable differences. Might just be straight C&Ps just with a name change
Different optics as well to the US one but again. Will it be modeled any differently? I dont know.
So visually there might be a few differences. Internally, there might be a few subtle differences. But in terms of actual gameplay. They will be near enough C&P and how much Gaijin will actually models the differences will remain to be seen. Either way, will probably start as a C&P of a US AH-64E with some changed names. Followed by bug reports for adjusting details during or after the dev server
It’ll likely be the AH-64E we see in the US tree but without identical LDIRCM/DASS pods on the wingtips, and possibly without HIRSS too, but don’t quote me on that.
My point is that the only unique thing about them in game will be the matte olive paint schdme and some renamed avionics
Although hopefully gaijin allows some leeway and allows for the carrying of LDIRCM AMASE pods, like seen on the Dutch AH-64E
I hope it isn’t cancelled; as far as I can recall, the devs stated they were stilly studying whether the turret was functional or not, as if it mattered for the decission of implementing it or not;
If it wasn’t functional, which is what I believe, that means it could not come after all… :(
Should be soon but I reckon it’s needing a rewrite if it has anything to do with the post from yesterday. (Hopefully since it would mean they listened but I doubt they will listen)
Liked the AMX-13 based weird AA. Not that France urgently needs an AA around 3.0 but it is highly original with strictly being an AA in every possible BR (With a maximum penetration of 26mms).
