was gonna say when looking for it only found AS-90
We will announce clearly when that is. It takes a fair amount of time to process and prepare everything.
Solution: 76mm hesh flinger copy paste :3
I am actually waiting for 76 mm Scorpion as well, idk how effective it would be, maybe mostly scouting gameplay)
What nations could get it?
100%:
UK
FR via Belgium
JP via Thailand
at a stretch:
IT via Spain
Germany could get the FV601 they operated, which has the “same” 76mm hesh flinger
It would be able to upper front plate a Panther (Spec sheet lists 80mm of pen). Won’t do much to heavies, but light tanks and TDs would melt to it, epically open tops. I would personally say it should sit around 5.3-6.0
Roughly equivalent to a APDS/HEAT-less M41
Sorry but if you want Finnish aircraft either go play Germany (HA-75) or go buy them with GE on sweden lol
Yeah I doubt 76mm HESH is going to do any serious damage, seeing how bad 90mm and 105mm HESH is currently.
One can hope gaijin would do some fixing to BESH to make it work alright, or at least give the 76mm HESH guys a bit of a bump upwards to compensate for it being their only ammunition if necessary either in a bit more leeway to pen/post pen or rate of fire improvements.
I mean… you’re just wrong about how much domestic vs imported gear both nations use (at least as far as ground forces go). Especially if we’re considering a tree that starts at Rank IV like Israel.
The biggest obstacles to Korea being an independent nation are
- The air forces, which absolutely are as import heavy as you describe;
- The lack of reliable information on NK hardware.
But I think it’s still worth considering it as an independent nation, because neither the US nor Japan nor Russia nor China need additional options for subtrees.
At this rate it feels like we’ll need to wait until the next major to get armor fixed
My market is blocked, so I won’t buy the Finnish H-75 A-2. Finland, however, also had the H-75 A-3, A-4, and A-6.
Ehh, late props are kinda dead for them. After A7M2 and Ki-84 Ko there’s no real good options now that J6K is 6.7.
There are still some interesting planes that could be added for Japan, such as the A7M3, Ki-84 Sa-Go, Ki-116, N1K4-J, N1K5-J, Ki-64, Ki-98, A6M8, J2M7 and some others…
Really want the Ki-64 to be added and for J2M drag to be fixed.
Japan may also get a few early jets: Kikka Prototype, Ki-201, T-33A, T-1 (in three versions), D.H.115 Vampire T Mk.55, F-86D, F-86F-25. It doesn’t have as many as other countries, but there are still some left.
Eh. it’s largely fine on the Aubl 74 at 6.7, it’s not amazing, but very workable if you’re willing to try.
FYI the Aubl 74 has pretty weak hesh with only 1.2kg of Comp A, 1.7kg of TNTe. According to this MECAR Brochure, the 76mm HESH also has 1.2kg of Comp A. So overall would be the Aubl with less pen at 80mm instead of 102.
As stated by Smin sweden doesn’t have a need for them when i asked if Sweden would get low tier Finnish planes so i guess you’re screwed unfortunately
It’s obvious that War Thunder is only about the modern era. (It’s a lie that half the game is about World War II.) The Finns defended themselves against the USSR only thanks to Simo Häyhä; everyone knows he destroyed hundreds of Soviet planes. Hungary, after all, didn’t have any planes until 1945, when it became a communist country dependent on the USSR.
The Finnish sub tree and they wonder why people now hate the sub trees
