I think the demand is definitely there, especially since almost all of Germany’s rank V jets are mid-war examples made with the intention of being bomber destroyers and not fighters, they are frankly very difficult jets to use compared to the likes of the Meteor and Shooting Star. Especially the Me 262 with the Mk 108s.
There’s also a real lack of CAS around that BR for Germany. You have the Ar 234, but that has no ability to defend itself or strafe light targets and the 262s can only take one good bomb.
I mean as long as it isnt copy paste slop like every other sub tree, but considering most sub trees are that then I hope not
inst there literally a Ar234 with 2 20mm?
At 7.3 yeah, I’m talking more around 6.0-7.0 though
you also get the 50mm 262 which is one the best CAS planes at its BR…
Would be best to make a suggestion for it, as currently its not really showing if so. Certainly the Slovak example.

It’s not bad, but it has the same problem as the Ar 234, can’t really defend itself if it’s in contested airspace.
it can, you have to be a decent pilot but it can, im gonna be honest from playing germany at that BR it doesnt need more CAS, it has better CAS then a decent few nations at that BR
So who has theories on what the event ship will be?
Im guessing Soviet or Italian BB/BC as all the other nations have systematically gotten an event BB/BC in the previous events over the past year
US = Mississipi
Germany = Baden
Japan = Kirishima
Britain = Barham
France = Strasbourg
Though I wouldnt say no to seeing something other than a BB/BC for a little while. Plenty of interesting coastal boats up to heavy cruisers yet to be added
Is there a location in which we can see what the demand for a specific vehicle looks like?
Type 21/Type 42 please gaijin and my life is yours
Yeah, that would be awesome, and also allow me to skip the coastal grind for it :D
Was also thinking, if they wont add Skysabre. How about a Type 45 for our top tier SPAA :P

tbf a Type 42 will probably be in blue water as its 1000 tons heavier then the Bravvy in game
Edit: apparently the type 21 also displaced more then the bravy by about 200 tons huh
Yeah, Type 42 would be classed as a destroyer and be in bluewater, though it would probably be better to have the County-Class Destroyer for now over the Type 42 because it would have a decent competitive gun based anti-ship loadout.
But the Type 21 would definetly be a Frigate in the Coastal tree
true, wonder what would be better 1 sea slug and 2 sea cats or one sea dart launcher
also the Type 42 probably has a better anti air armament
country-class

vs
Type 42

Uh… I really dont know the difference between the 3 good enough to say really. But probably sea dart just because its a lot more modern
It probably does, but its the 2x2 4.5" guns vs 1x1 4.5 inch gun which is why im thinking county-class. Its basically a HMAS Tobruk but with SAMs instead of guns. The weaker SAMs are also probably easier to balance
true, 27km on saaslug and 5km on the seacat compared to mach 3 70km or 140km sea dart lol
also seaslug has a 91kg warhead so could be used as a makeshift anti ship missile
IJN Kitakami
Kuma-class light cruiser retrofited into torpedo-cruiser(40 long lances lmao) just before the war
Just before the end of war it was retrofited into Kaiten carrier
Why Kitakami? Because usually decorations for the event have something in common with the vehicle. Kaiten as a decoration was leaked on Leviathans dev server
Given they got an event ship only 6 months ago. I doubt they will get another so soon. Also, there is a LOT of visual models that get discovered but never even make it into the game

I really hope it’s a Battleship…
Leaving aside that it’s my favourite class of ship; Japanese torpedo spam against spawns is bad enough already, many people first-spawn DD/CCs to torpedo-spam before J-ing out into BBs…
A ship with 40 of those torpedos would just ruin Naval. Imagine 1-3 players first-spawning that every match to spam torpedos into the enemy spawn before J-ing out.
We are looking at 80-120 torpedos going towards each spawn point. I’m sorry, but I don’t want that.
