Man, this is just sad. Imagine effectively bricking your flagship product and having no idea how to fix it. To whomever is running this game and company into the ground, you’re doing well.

@Smin1080p_WT Any chance we’ll see a premium time refund for the time we haven’t been able to play because of the missile bug? I doubt it but i guess it doesn’t hurt to ask.
yeah nothing will come of this and you know it. The game is still technically up and running. Ground works as it used to
I mean, if you’re an air player like me the game is effectivly broken and unplayable. Cannons dont work in props, and missiles still dont work. I personally would like to be compensated for the premium time ive wound up wasting over this nonsense.
Well yeah I played air today. The point is their argument will be that you can just play something else

I won’t be giving the snail another cent until its fixed, and at this point with the 3 year account deletion nonsense, i still don’t see why i should pay for their product going forward. before it was a sort of investment where barring the game shutting down, i would be able to keep my product. Now after 3 years you get to steal my stuff if i don’t use it. It’s anti consumer and downright wrong.
Watch as gajin implements a vehicle tax you have to pay monthly with sl or something
With the amount of grind this game has we basically already have this tax
Premium account is mandatory if you want to get past tier 5 in a somewhat reasonable amount of time

Additionally you can’t take off from the airfield and there are 10s if not hundreds of minor things that won’t get fixed for 2 years from now
They gotta give us like 10k GE for this entire update bro.
Playing since 2017 and I haven’t once seen one this bad (maybe some of the economy ones, but this by far takes the cake).
Plus they aren’t doing anything to fix it, and the LOADS of historical inaccuracies are being denied on the bug forms, even with completely solid sources (including multiple primary documents)
At least everybody feeling the Italy and UK struggle now lol

I don’t even want 10k ge, i just would like the time ive not been able to play the unplayable mess to be compensated. I spent money on the premium time and i’ve been unable to use it.

So they fixed the missile damage bug but the missiles just not exploding is still an issue, absolute joke of an update.
Infact just to sum up this update we have:
- Multiple game breaking bugs
- Dozens of smaller bugs that have survived all the way through from the first dev server
- New top tier AA’s for select nations only and have been gimped with reports not being considered
- “Fuel dumping for aircraft” - Only for the F-111’s
- Half the additions of the update are premiums
- GPS guidance has been replaced with Snapmaps (atleast they now seem as accurate as it) for GPS bombs because reasons
- More top tier premiums
- The RAH-66 Comanche (Not the vehicle itself but it’s implementation such as no IRCM, no countermeasures, no armour, no cockpit, bug reports being ignored, topics about it being shut down within minutes of being created, etc. For a £50 premium the thing is a disgrace and Gaijin should be ashamed of themselves for pricing it that high for something so unfinished.)
- KH-38 buff because it definitely needed it /s
- New Sniper ATP added but for the aircraft that can carry it it makes no difference (A-10C can’t take 6 x Mavericks, F-15E can’t have CM’s while carrying it, and now the zoom has been nerfed)
- Spawns on maps being flipped
- Aircraft not rendering (been an issue in sim for years but now has gotten worse + affecting other modes more)
- Falklands map being shrunk down (Also is it actually in the matchmaker? I have only played that map once since the update came out.)
- Game performance getting worse and worse from each update
There’s probably more things from this update too but it’s clear that the devs care for this game is going out the window. Because clearly if that wasn’t the case then this update wouldn’t have so many issues.
Not only that but the issues with War Thunder in general are just getting absurd now, performance issues like Alt-tab bug has been going on for well over a year now and is still an issue also the countless reports on FPS drops, stuttering, GPU issues all essentially being ignored. And the countless issues affecting VR and Sim such as the over 150 issues I myself have made a collection of - Broken HUDs (+HMDs + Cockpit MFD Issues) which have reports from 2+ years ago that have been ignored. Also issues with specific aircraft that keep mounting up such as Eurofighter Typhoon bug list just to name one of many aircraft that since their addition has just had it’s issues left to rot in the hopes that we will forget about them and then once we do get fixes in a year or two they hope to get praise for it (speaking of you Harriers with the missing Sea Harrier HUDs and awful flight model which still is awful just slightly less so).
The state of the game is shocking and it is appalling that the vast majority of our concerns get brushed off whilst getting more premiums shoved down our throats.
Also just thought I’d mention it the state of other War Thunder services are also awful like WT Live download speeds being as inconsistent as ghost shelling and error 405 here on the forums (I have had to add this last point as an edit because it genuinely took me 10 minutes and 7 tries to post this originally).
