@Smin1080p_WT So I’ve been thinking this over, so when it comes to an update I guess BvvD at some point in time has planned the update out say like Christmas. would I be correct in that he would forward these plans to the section managers and have their report on these plans. If they are doable these would get forwarded to the relevant teams and dev’s ?
Likely that the teams have a lot of vehicles in the pipeline at any particular time, and the management team decides the focus of the update in advance based on a number of factors. I imagine the Q4 update is in the late planning stage at this point while the team works on the Q3 update, and 2026 planning is in progress.

Yeah even though there have been a lot of bugs lately they do output a ton of content yearly and it’s interesting to see how they are organized to accomplish it

At least it’s not a new class locked behind an event or battle pass (I’m still mourning the gay class being relegated to a BP reward)

Indeed have thing first of any family of vehicles locks behind any sort of unattainium (event, BP, etc.) sucks. Even more so as a TT version is now years out.
It’s why I rather “C&P” rewards or even better gimmicky ones.
As you’re not missing out on something super unique or needed if you have to skip.
The first one are fine their own as long as the gap/role has been filled.
But the second one is the best. Ex. Churchill Crocodile (the best reward vehicle). You have the exact same Mark in the tech tree, so you’re not missing out if you don’t have it, but at the same time you could have a flame thrower that well doesn’t majorly change playstyle, once again not missing out as it isn’t something completely new, it is a unique thing to give it value.

When HMS Barham was revealed as an event my jaw dropped because why relegate the QE class, the battleship class with one of the most renowned ships in the second world war to an event (at least Warspite rectified it).
Actually what other ship and boat classes are event locked? I so far only know 2

not to mention irl crew wear flak vests and even simple steel in the roof can stop shrapnel upto a certain calibre and even more at angles
@Smin1080p_WT Sorry to bother you but any chance you know if we will see LJDAM and LJDAM-ER expanded to more aircraft next update or in the near future? Currently the F-15E, F-16C (US and Israeli), A-10C, AV-8B+/NA/Italian + are missing all LJDAM/LJDAM-ER bombs that have been added in the past few updates.
