just another ego measuring contest.
Guys, question, just to know whether I should make a report or not;
Has anyone else been having problems these last few days, where PRT SC screenshots don’t show the interface?
For reference; F12 is the key for screenshots without interface, and PRT SC is the key for screenshots with interface.
Yet interface isn’t showing up with PRT SC at all for me.
This has made all of the screenshots I’ve taken over the last two weeks entirely useless…
Any plans to fix 120C5 so it’s actually close to how it should be IRL?
Currently it isn’t an upgrade in anyway
Also, just curious if we had any word about the next event or is it a very long break we looking at?
We know it’s going to be a naval event and the T86 event ended the 17th of June so we should hear about the next event either late next week or in the week starting the 21st.
Don’t forget the BP is also ending on the 25th, So we should be also hearing that next week too
We that too, thought it was the 23rd though it ends on?
either on the 23 or 25th idrk as I’m not logged in atm
Yeah it’s the 23rd
I stand corrected then so yeah most likely we’ll see the BP news next week.
Don’t expect much from the next update. Probably some more variations of 4 - 4.5 gen jets, more copy/pastes in other tt for air and ground, few more spaa for nations that missed in this one and more bundle premiums for mid tiers, and maybe some naval content too.
It started with someone saying the Typhoon is the most iconic aircraft (it isn’t) and being rightfully corrected saying it’s the F-14 Tomcat.
I always thought it’d be a ww2 aircraft like the Spitfire, Bf 109, A6M or Corsair
Still doesn’t deny the fact it’s still a propaganda piece and got it’s kills through a modern day crusades.
You still haven’t said a reason why the F-14 got so many kills than the Typhoon.
F-14 wars
-
Libya: F-14s were involved in confrontations with Libyan forces in the Gulf of Sidra, including engagements in 1981 and 1989.
-
Lebanon: F-14s flew combat air patrol missions and engaged Syrian forces during the Lebanese Civil War.
-
Persian Gulf: F-14s participated in both Gulf Wars, providing air patrols and escorting strike aircraft.
Bosnia and Kosovo: F-14s participated in operations over the Balkans
Afghanistan: F-14s were involved in Operation Enduring Freedom following the September 11th attacks
Typhoons wars
- 2011 Libya Intervention (Op ELLAMY):
The Typhoon made its combat debut in this operation, conducting aerial reconnaissance and ground-strike missions.
I mean how British mains will try to get an American vehicle they never used. F-111, F/A-18, now the AV-8B, etc.
it got the vast majority of its kills in the Iran-Iraq war, with no US support whatsoever due to the Iranian Revolution in 1979
your AI literally missed the most major conflict the Tomcat participated in
This isn’t about that, there’s no reason why countries like Poland, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and North/South Korea among others via coalition trees should be put in tree that either already have thier own vehicles filling gaps or can get domestic options.
Also smin already explained that since the F-111K wasn’t fully built, the C variant via Australia was preferred. Iirc, the K is still on the table, just no current plans. Also the USA never even used the F-111C.
Still proves the point though, the US been in countless wars that how most US aircraft got it’s kills from.
As the users of the Typhoon are sensible and not spilling blood 24/7.
Looks at US mains trying to get:
- Brazilian Gripen E (when the Gripen C was added)
- Saudi Typhoons
- Canadian Leopards
- Canadian LAVs
- South Korean everything
and probably a load more that Im forgetting
