The factories already are able to adapt to the different fuselage and airframe sizes this just adds another configuration. I also imagine they already designed the twin engine during the develop process if the big orange guy knows about it because there is NO way it’s an original idea. Finally I’d hope they’re a bit faster given the world climate right now.

And I do not think you get how insane redesigning the fusalage is, if there were already blueprints, then i’m sure the factories could be swapped over for a few billion. But there are no blueprints. Trump will be out of office before the design even gets finalized, and anyone with even a few more braincells then him will cancel the idea. It’s not going anywhere.
