Cool the K1 is half american. Their F-15 is, their F-16 is, their F-22 COPY is. Everything in their airforce is a copy of america.

I will once again ask does the US need any of that, is there no domestic options that cant fill any of those? because I know there are a lot more F15 and F16 variants that could be added, I know there is a couple more Abrams that could be added. At this point it feels like you are just asking for this because you dont want Japan to get it even though they would be far better off with it then the US
