Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion

That is fair, I honestly hope we get both this year. First Ajax and then 1-2 updates later the Zorawar.

Would just give the British high tier lineups such a big boost.

Gaijin need to model the CT-40 correctly and they wont as they use that dumb formula.
Without it’s fire power Ajax will be crap.

At least Zora has a 105mm gun with fire power levels of the Boxer MGS without the missiles…
But again it has to be fast, we cannot have another high tier light vehicle that is heavy and slow

if its on the same tier as the CV9040 it will be fine

Don’t mention the LAV III going to Britain, you’re gonna get the Americans riled up since they have the LAV-AD lol :p

The AVGP Cougar could also work though ngl

True, LAV-AD should be in the British TT as its based on Canadian designs : P

In which just add it to Germany at that point since one of the earlier variants is based off of the Swiss Piranha I

Why would we be upset?

Anyway, looking forwad to the Australian KF-41 in the British TT

Simply bringing up the fact LAVs aren’t domestic to them get’s them riled up.

Mix in facts like they have no claim on 90% a foreign operated LAV. (The 10% is the few times the American model was picked)

“but America has LAVs so all LAVs have to come to us”

Funny enough, I think Canada still produces the chassis/hulls/etc for them, I think its in London, Ontario???

The US was looking for a Wheeled Hull for their new vehicles, and Canada won said competition, but now the US claims the hull as theirs I guess lol

Or as I’ve seen the argument made for the Skink, “It uses the Sherman (Grizzly) hull therefore the US needs it”, despite the fact they never used it, so im glad Gaijin added the little “US Emblem” beside the Skink name, makes it so much more satisfying knowing that it doesnt actually belong to the US

Ya, London, Ontario, Canada.

Where majority LAV hulls are built (I think the Aussies licensed-built theirs but both NA operators get theirs built there).

Not sure if turrets are fitted there or they get sent elsewhere.

AVGP for both Britain and for Russia? lmao

from what I remember the LAV-III is different to the LAV-25 the US operates so I dont see why the UK couldn’t get the Canadian version and the US get their own version

It’s just nation mains being nation mains.

British mains also had ludicrous arguments why the event Merkavas should have been added to the British tree.

a fun top tier light tank / SPAA hybrid we could get is the MMEV as well

Yep, it’d allow for an actually unique SPAA apart from the millionth Indian/Russian C&P all within 10.0 to 10.7

thing is the uk has a couple top tier SPAA options but we have yet to get a new spaa past 10.3 in well howver long ago the ADATS was added

So you propose, ADATS on wheels
