It is also possible to add aircraft to the game with completely different loadouts depending on the time of operation, such as the F-14A (1995).
For those who don’t know, some F-14As after 1995 had avionics and loadout equivalent to the B models.
Well tbf the selling point for War thunder mobile is to get the navy ahead of our version.
Like subs where we haven’t yet, though BvvD did tease them for us iirc. So I hope it’s the same for more WW1 aircraft

Btw guys, has nothing to do with the current convo but overnight I had a thought that the Su-30SM should be moved to line 1 so we can have the Su-30SM2 under it and make room for canardless flankers in line 3 (Su-27SM3 and Su-35S for example), would prevent the tree from becoming a pyramid in the future
What do yall think?
After all the Su-30SM is employed by navy too

Personally, Su-30SM stay 3rd line because it’s russian air force operator
Gajin might ready add Su-30SM2 from russian navy to soviet/russian navy aircraft line in 4 years or 2029
I suppose MiG-29KR (9-41) coming to soviet/russia tech tree in 2 or 3 years before Su-30SM2
Su-27SM3 between Su-27SM & Su-30SM if Su-30SM get R-74M and battle rating up to 14.7
But, Su-35S to 2nd line or 3rd line ?
Any thoughts on the upcoming event?

It sure works where it is too, it belongs as much in 1st and 3rd line since it serves in both the navy and air force, I just think putting it in first line would make the 3rd line lighter
The Su-30SM2 is mostly equivalent to the Su-35S in terms of advancement (same radar and engines) so might come around the same time
Su-27SM3 probably foldered with the Su-27SM in line 3
Su-35S definitely in 3rd line, line 2 is for Mikoyan’s light fighters and will receive the Mig-35,
Without moving the Su-30SM we’d get a tree like that:
Yak-141 → Su-30SM2
Mig-29 → Mig-29SMT → Mig-35
Su-27 → [Su-27SM → Su-27SM3] → Su-30SM → Su-35S
Su-25SM3
Su-34 → Su-34M

Yeah… unfortunately the case, still waiting for our Mk103 engines on the Tornado Gr1
Loads of FM issues, VIFF barely works, IR sig is broken, plus more but those are just off the top of my head
hell yeah, My beloved Scimitar got another skin, woooooh!
Now I just need Gaijin to give me the Scorpion & maybe the Streaker MLRS (or a massive stretch the FV103 with a Jav launcher) and my CVRT dreams would be complete. (kinda, a late Scimitar with Thermal and APFSDS, or and early one with the Dozer would be nice. & CV21 would be a great event vehicle)
Before we get any of that, the missile should get its real life flight performance.
That is, it should have max G throught its full flight and it should be flying in the middle of the crosshair, even in the situations where the plane is flying sideways to the launcher.
- FM is underperforming significantly
- IR signature is massively too hot
- SHar HUD is missing loads still
- SHar missing EEGS
- All Harriers have sooty exhaust, they shouldnt
- loads of missing loadout options/configurations (including more than a few already in game)
on top of that you have the BOL issues and a few others bit like the lack of dechirped 9Ls for the British ones, etc etc
