(Oh and all missiles that are longer range than Russian ones get nerfed bc clearly if Russians can’t do it it’s a marketing lie or impossible, something something gaijin’s MANPAD logic.)
While I heavily doubt we’re getting 5th generation air launched IR missiles, I could see us getting like the python-4 and maybe a AAM-3 buff. The python-4 has been sitting in the files for a long while. I kinda feel like its much more likely for the patch after this one, but who knows it might come.
With all due respect, but the 9m is no match for the R73. The Americans have been lacking IR missiles for a long time while the Russians have the best IR missile in the 13.0. It is not new that “Russian supremacy” must be maintained.
If you don’t believe this, play the top tier, both with planes and tanks. Pantsir tracking you as soon as you appear by plane, the KH-38s doing a sequence of 4-5 kills one after the other, practically never missing their target, while the French and Americans with ADATS, Roland, Brimstone, Hellfire, Mavericks… Totally unbalanced, then comes the guy saying that a 9X block II would be absurd
Been waiting for any French made prop fighter, like the VG39 or even the Bloch 155 in the main tech tree as well since… well… the Br.693 in 2019 ? So I feel your pain brother.
They might have the better IR missile at 13.0 but worse avionics and flight performance
And you guys like to use the introduction to service that much so let me give it a go:
r-73 introduced to service in 1983
aim-9m introduced to service in somewhere in between 1977 (introduction of aim9l) and 1991(aim9m deployed in gulf war)
So maybe the US should have just build better IR missiles
i want a feature to opt out of arb EC, its absolutely atrocious and solves nothing. Its also a pain in the arse for planes without any Fox 1 or Fox 3 kits. Maps like red canyon are an instant j out for example.
And we need more map bans seriously, its 2025.
Nation main cope is always fun to read, although them constantly ranting about russian bias gets a bit boring (Yes the pantsir needs counterparts and Kh38s are BS, but their ground stuff hasn’t been top dog in a while).
and honestly they usually think things like Pantsir can do anything and ignore they still have limitation or disadvantages
putting everything into Russian bias or “if it’s Russian it will not be like this”
