You cannot put a slow 7.0 jet at 8.7 just because it has awful missiles. Even without Sparrow I the -2/M would only be 7.3, maybe 7.7 at most.
I remember reading somewhere it was one of the aircraft that tested the Sparrow II or Sparrow III, that would make it fine at 8.7, where, don’t forget, it’ll be uptiered to see 9.7.

The MiG-29UPG is basically a SMT, it wouldn’t be 12.7. They later on upgraded their UPGs to carry a Zhuk-ME (upgraded N010) radar and more advanced missiles.
India did operate MiG-29 9.12Bs tho, which would fit at 12.7
The C is class as unique variant there for it goes where needed, the US had 3 attackers in the same update. So gaijin thought it wasn’t needed for the US

I don’t want to see any of their Soviet stuff.
Their domestic stuff (Arjun, Marut, Rudra, Prachand, etc) and their imported British stuff (Sea Harrier, Jaguar, Gnat/Ajeet, Hunter, etc) is fine, but the Soviet stuff should either be added to the USSR tree or a standalone Indian tech tree (or a Israel subtree, I suppose lol)
