With Finland the best your getting in a reasonable timeframe is the F-18. Unfortunately it’s just the way Sweden went with it’s armed forces/defence industry

Yugo probably won’t be included in Poland, but why would Czechia lead? And Slovakia is mad, Czechoslovakia maybe could but Poland still makes more sense to me
