A Darter was also fired from a single SAAF Gripen, its better to give them a missile they probably would’ve gone with if they had the money. Regardless it doesn’t matter, we need to wait until IRIS-T before the SAAF gripen gets its correct air loadout.

No like I said so long as the Gripen E is capable of using the AMRAAM they can add it, then they can swap it out for the IRIS-T and Meteor later just like your own example of the SAAF Gripen

See i dont want more fictional gripens, no such thing as a late or early, gaijin needs to change their stance on them. MS is similar to blocks, why have other vehicles denoted by their correct identification then do a 180 and say no to another. Makes no sense in the slightest.
Again MS18 for now, Meteor and IRIS-T can be added with MS20.
Gripen E could come at the same time but id rather we get the NG before we move to MS21 as that would be the proper connection between the C and E, had NG not been developed neither would the E. Sonit makes no sense to skip the NG. NG can take the place of the MS20 or if gaijin wants to add C5 before we go to Meteor than the NG can also be used again it makes more sense to add the NG after the MS18.
The whole problem started from gaijin adding the A and MS19 at the same time. Amthen it only got worse when you have people who have no idea what they are bug reporting trying to bug report using MS20 and 21 pdfs for a MS19. Gaijin decided to forgo MS as a whole so that they could add the SAAF gripen which in turns screws over the Gripens. Its been 6 months and the C’s are all still glorified 2006 Gripen A’s

Again why add the E when the NG should’ve been added. Since we dont have the NG it makes no sense to again skip to the E. That just further causes problems.
And then why add the NG when we are jumping from a Gripen A essentially. Gaijin needs to actually address they messed up with the Gripen C and actually fix it.
Yeah sure the NG is fine, but unless Gaijin completely change their stance on Gripen designations the NG and E are the only options for advancement or an early/late version

Yeah sure they could have added the Gripen earlier but as you said, it’s only Sweden, and it was good when they added it with the F-15 and SU-27, I mean if you want to argue about accuracy I don’t think there is actually consensus on what an RB-74(M) even is given that Sweden never used such a missile afaik, they should just be using RB-74s and the Gripen C shouldn’t have GBU-39s but War Thunder is a game first and simulator second so at the expense of realism they have prolonged Swedens viability until the IRIS-T can be added. Now the Gripen may not be entirely accurate to life, but it is close enough for War Thunder, maybe it will see changes, I think you should advocate for those changes, but what you are doing instead is moaning about it like it’s a personal slight against you and throwing tantrums about how unfair it all is, none of which is productive in the slightest, I mean every time someone mentions the Gripen you respond with “theres no point because Gaijin hate the Gripen and it would be bad anyway”, please tell me how that helps your case at all?
Cant really make reports on its performance given most of that is still classified and a lot of that was back from when radar missiles weren’t the meta, we would need gaijin to un nerf them which is very unlikely. Outside of advocating for Radar and EW there isn’t much additionally whats there to ask them for that isn’t either denied or marked in accepted and still not here. 5th bomb pylon has been marked as accepted for since the C was added for SAAF and it still isnt here. Its safe to say that gaijin doesn’t care to change it. BOL isn’t even a gripen problem considering how many nations rely on SAAB’s BOL, gaijin nerfed them again because of the IRCCM missile meta that the Su-27, F15A, F16C, and JAS39A/C brought. That was ahistorical change and again hasn’t been changed back. So how do i somehow get the snail to do something they dont care about? Thats more just a poor suggestion. While im on that ill also keep making bug reports that the armor on the 2A7V should be better than the 122’s or that Isreal doesn’t use a metal weaker than rubber on their tanks. Im sure gaijin will listen after i make a post.

bol was nerfed exclusively because of the gripen.
Yeah i thought it was, Gaijin didn’t even bother with the AJ37 BOZ pod until it was added to the tornados, so essentially unless most problems effect more than one nation they dont care to fix them most of the time.
The bug report back log is in the thousands now I believe, they aren’t fixing enough as fast as people want, and it isn’t just Sweden, though I’m sure the lower player count means they prioritise them less, it’s an issue of more advanced vehicles with more that can go wrong, not enough public sources to correct them and Gaijin’s mad push towards newer vehicles not slowing down to fix past mistakes.
With less public sources available, people are going to have to get comfortable with the concept of “eh, close enough” and just move on, especially as gameplay is the priority over accuracy, as much as War Thunder likes to sell itself on its accuracy. there is only so much you can do, so close you can get before world governments start to get concerned about classified info being used. I mean hell there’s an interview from a Ukrainian armoured unit saying they know where the weak points on Russian tanks are thanks to War Thunder

Again, no reason for gaijin to leave the gripen nerfed from when it was the Meta especially considering it doesn’t perform well in the current standing you had one major trait being turning but you don’t out turn most of your opponents anymore, so you’re a slower F16C at the same BR. Again any buff would be a huge help considering the Gripens your only vehicle you can use.
Again its why i advocated for a Danish and Norwegian 5th airline for sweden considering Finland literally was added to stop players from having access to rank 8 and forcing players to either grind the entire finnish TT to get a 1970’s vehicle vs the f16 or get the J35XS so you could begin Rank VIII
Also speaking of bug report the Strv 103 aiming has never been fixed, its still like you have Parkinsons, and both the TT models cant even fully look down making the premium the only strv 103 able to properly aim down aside from the shaking, on most maps.

Also the lower player count is abysmal, there is like maybe 14 people who talk and bug report the swedish tree on the forums. So trust me, its very aggravating.
Id like the berkut as well. But id imagine the thing stall every 30 seconds due to overreacting to the flight command.
100G for 8 seconds with thermal imaging seeker is going to be broken, but yes, it should get it when the time comes.

F-18 almost certainly coming within the next 2 updates I reckon. Probably the next update.
Specifically carrier though that could also be added. Harrier GR9A could come this year
