Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion

Honestly…it could go to 13.3 and id be fine with it, R27ER is Honestly better than R77 in my experience just for speed and distance. Imo it is my favorite missile (aside from MICA, and SRAAM when it works lmao)

Will Britain Tree receive strong and competitive India vehicle and planes?Such as Rafale, Mirage 2000, Su-30MKI, T-90MS, even BMP-2 and T-72M1?

That will extremely enforce the current line-up

They are extremely fun, even J11A can be quite nice RN with R27ET shooting F15s out of the sky without knowing from 20km out. The thing is with J11 u have to stock grind with R27Rs which are absolute pain.

Just average player who plays top tier, I have 250k and I am 40k RP away from Mirage already, I still have to buy T80UK and VT4. This economy system is so *****

Whilst Indian vehicles are already being introduced to the British tree, it does not mean that every single one ever used by them may automatically come.

Back tracking already…India is a sub tree to Britain.
Or is it Britain can only have crap that India operated that no one wants?

It’s either a sub tree or it isn’t

sub still not mean everything.

Nobody said it’s not a sub tree or that there is any backtracking.

Simply that just because India operated a vehicle, does not mean it automatically will 100% come to the game anytime soon. Just the same as any sub tree.

I do hope that unique/indigenous Indian stuff gets added eventually. I dont necessarily think stuff like Indian Rafale is needed in the brit tree but stuff like Tejas, Marut and Ajeet (fighter Gnat) are pretty unique and would make good additions.

And any tech tree in general, isn’t it?)

Not everything is added on the bases of needs, if a dev feel like it could be added then it will.
It’s just weather or not a dev is in the mood, since there no event or squadron rules now as previously thought.

Gaijin could literally add the Indian Rafale as a single event reward.

Hopefully not.

True, but personally I think eurofighter (and its further variants) is the end all of 4.5th generation anyway so just having sidegrades is not as exciting as getting unique vehicles.

Then again, so far we’ve got zero unique Indian vehicles so lmao who am I to say anything.

Which is props why they chosen India as at least they prolong the life of Britain, the said Su-30MKI, Tejas, Rafale ect. Those if they wanted too is more or less a year worth of content given some Harrier variants and Typhoons added with them.

I keep seeing this a lot, but I am starting to wonder what it means…

Is it just like regular nations, where there is no guarantee when or if a vehicle will be added until it is, such as the many vehicles still missing from every in-game nation, or is there some special internal rule for subnations?

Then what was the reason behind adding Leopard 2A4 in the french and Swedish TT?

Because they wanted to add those vehicles, not every vehicle doesn’t mean no vehicles, it doesn’t mean only vehicles you want, or only unique variants, it means not every vehicle, it’s just to say that just because a vehicle was used by a nation doesn’t mean it’s coming to the game, but every vehicle that was operated is a potential addition. Its really not complicated

If we read between the lines, it basically says Britain will receive Indian vehicles.
Not guaranteed to receive vehicles India operate that were imported. The T-90 addition and the Soviet SAMs likely the exception to the rule.

Going forward

So that means the indigenous projetcts the Tejas and not the Su-30Mki. And the absolute poop like the Arjun, just hope we at least get the new Indian light tank Zorawar with, Indian Fnf missiles and cockeril turret

That is an assumption, you actually can’t infer anything from the statement, it’s basically just Smin saying don’t get your hopes up, just because they used it doesn’t guarantee it will be added. Imports are a huge part of subtrees due how easy they are to add so I guarantee that the Indian subtree will get more imported vehicles

Maybe, lets be honest the Indian tree has done very little for the UK.
The Indian indegnous projects are not at the level of other nations. T-90 was fine, the SAMs are fine (fixing the Stormer removes the need for them).

Then is it worth the level of effort to model Tejas for one single nation that has one of the lowest player counts.

These vehicles help to populate lineups, or in the case of the Dutch 2A4, lay the foundations for expanding this BR which needs to be populated.
