that is meant for FTC-2000
Isn’t that a trainer aircraft? Also, it looks like they bought the missiles first.
No its a Fighter/Attacker
found this funny picture
Myanmar ordered SD-10A for JF-17 (Block 2 standard) and FTC-2000G (Early)
But JF-17 Block 2 from myanmar worse than pakistan, especially guided Air-to-Ground armament not full options and not bought targeting pod
Light multirole fighter, maybe
That is clearly a car my friend
Anyways I thought it was like the Hawk 200 or Yak-130, it can serve as an attacker but it’s primarily a jet training aircraft
either way they could arm the JF-17s with SD-10s if they want and it is the better BVR platform
@Smin1080p_WT will the Kawasaki Ki-48 aircraft (almost 2,000 Ki-48 aircraft in five main versions were produced) and the Nakajima Ki-43-III Ko aircraft (approximately 1,000 aircraft of this version were produced) finally appear in the Japanese technology tree? Will there also be Japanese CAS planes (DXHe1,Ju 87 K-1, Me-210 A-1,Ki-30,Ki-36,Ki-51,Ki-66,Ki-71,Ki-93, A6M7, A6M8, T-33A,T.55,T-1,Lockheed PV-2/2D, Grumman S2F-1 ,XT- 4,P-1,P-2J,P-3J F-2)?
The R-27ER is underperforming in a tail chase scenario.
Personally I just think ASRAAM is the nicest looking a2a missile currently, looks very sleek imo. Japan’s AAM-5 and the French Mica IR are close 2nd & 3rd.
@Smin1080p_WT Can you try to provide some information regarding this issue?
This, Japan has already existed since 2016 (almost 9 years), and is only receiving 1 or maybe tops 2 vehicles per update.
At least we can get some clarification on whether these vehicles will come to the TT right?
People like Grzegames, WreckingAres and me have been providing so many sources and suggestions, yet we get NOTHING added to the tree, NOTHING AT ALL for WWII aviation. For over 6 years, we have only received 1 WWII plane and thats the A6M5 HEI - a foldered vehicle.
The only thing Japan is currently offering are dozens of Ki-61, 43, 44, 45, 49, 67, 84 - A6M, A7M, B6, D4 and J2M variants.
Its time to get some new and unique Japanese models ingame for the TT, especially in these gaps:
Yeah, the ASRAAM is so sleek, it’s about as minimalist as a missile can get, I can’t wait to get it on the Eurofighter and hopefully Australian F/A-18, that and the Meteor with its asymmetrical ramjets intakes are really cool looking
We don’t announce any vehicles ahead of time or provide a possible list of all vehicles that may come to a nation. Japan was just provided a sub tree in the last update to directly address some of the trees key gaps.
It’s just not super busy control surface wise, and the fuselage is smooth with reinforcing loops internally (for the hangers and such) which means there’s no undulations or ribbing on the missiles surface, and the rear doesn’t get super bulky or anything, it’s very aesthetically appeasing.
I support.
In recent War Thunder years i see that WW2 vehicles have smaller community than modern ones. More attention is given to top tier. Which is sad to see. I miss the old WT, but time flies.
I mean literally just a tube with 4 small fins right at the rear, how much simpler can you get.
Compared to something like the Python 4 and 5, I like those missiles, but God are they ugly, and even missiles like the 9X just don’t quite have that “too perfect” look about them that the ASRAAM does
In one year, I managed to write 117 suggestions about Japanese planes. Of this number, 18 suggestions are JASDF aircraft and the remaining 99 are Imperial Japanese vehicles. Some of them were built in large numbers (e.g. Ki-51, Ki-43-III ko, Ki-48), some were very important planes for Japan (e.g. G3M, J1N1-S/Sa, A6M7, M6A1, G4M2) and many are interesting and pioneering prototypes (Ki-64,Ki-98,Ki-91,Kikka) and what?? Since I’ve been playing War Thunder, no plane from WW2 has appeared for Japan that wasn’t an event! This is unthinkable. Now that Thailand has arrived, there probably won’t be any Japanese jets other than the F-2, which is terribly sad. Japan is a very sad country (although it is not the only one suffering, others suffer too, sometimes even more in some categories) and it’s all Gajin’s fault who only counts on a quick profit with expensive high-level premiums.
Which was only at the higher tiers. Which is still very nice, only sad part is that we have to play the same vehicles over and over again, because no unique airframe has been given with the introduction of Thailand.
But the post was about WWII related vehicles.
People have been wanting these vehicles for yeaaars and have been very much telling that on the forum etc… Yet nothing on the CM disclosures is talking about the addition of more WWII related vehicles. Which is especially weird, since with top tier being the main focus of every single update for the last few years, more and more people have been asking for WWII related vehicles.
Nations like Russia, Germany, Great Britian and the US are still getting them meanwhile most nations are just getting top tier related vehicles or at best, some mass produced C&P vehicle that we’ve already played for 8 times, despite the nation having plenty and plenty of indiginous vehicles left.
already answered
This game originally was not intented to go on modern vehicles. But most of community wanted, and now we have this. Just why add modern vehicles to just take people leak classified documents to make vehicles better.
They dont even care about High level premiums for Japan, with removing the T-2 early and giving everyone a premium phantom with a terrible radar and terrible AAM at the br.
Then added the matador…
