Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

Except the real system on Eurofighter/Rafale would have both the radar and IRST lock onto the aircraft, rather than switching and turning off the radar completely.

We have WW2 / Postwar era MLRS systems in game:

The last major update just introduced a major SPH family to the lower BRs as well.

We also some different examples of WW2 special bomb / missile types, like the current BP, Japanese Ki-148 and Fritz-X.

We certainly do not rule more of any of these out in the future.

On top that the amramm on the EF cam recieve trakkng information from the IRST

We have not said these features were planned for any spesific major update.

That would not be correct. There are many reasons for the existence of these aircraft. Sensor fusion is not their sole reason.

The Devs at looking into this matter. We understand the thoughts on the matter for sure.

To be fair, these features should have came with the aircrafts themselves last major update. If the Nighthawk can get its stealth (primary function) with the update it is added in, the Rafale/Eurofighter should have had their primary functions (reduced signature and sensor fusion) added with them.

I should note I said primary functions and not sole functions or reasons, there are secondary features of the aircrafts as well. However, there is no other reason in real life for other countries to have bought the Eurofighter and Rafale over the F-15/F-16s if not for these primary functions. Other planes can also fly and shoot missiles, and have AESA radars, that is nice. But the primary functions over previous generations were these systems.

The Nighthawk can also bomb, fly, and do its thing, but its primary function is stealth. That is the main attribute. Likewise, the main attributes of the Eurofighter/Rafale were reduced signatures and sensor fusion. Yet, it has none of those and didn’t have it added with them.

Only the Fritz-X is a TT one. The rest are behind a paywall and thus not grindable ingame.

I know, but they are all premium or event.
Are there plans for TT MLRS systems?

yes germany need more helis

Another marketing lie /s.

Should be able to, it can calculate all necessary BRAA values to DL a missile in the ballpark, perfectly capable of getting it close enough to pitbull

Wrong?

Something interesting that the developers stated, was that the “calculation” required the Eurofighter to conduct several movements. I’m not sure if that is true/false, but in the event that it is true, how would that be implemented? Require the Eurofighter to do 10 seconds of manuevering before it can fire from the IRST?

/s means sarcasm, just poking fun at Gaijin.

So you can give us a hint about the key vehicle for December 2025?

oh bro its 12 months lol leave it

In game however there are many reasons why these aircraft are more significant, mainly because those nations in game with Rafale / EFT don’t have F-15/16 and they are hugely iconic aircraft people want to see.

It is January my dude.

You did say you had the key vehicles planned out a year in advance.
