Yeah, tbh giving Poland ALL of Eastern Europe (not counting Belarus) and Balkans is a bit overkill. Poland + Czechoslovakia as main trees with some extras (perhaps Ukraine and Bulgaria, maybe Greece?) I can see while Yugoslavia (with post Yugo states) would be own tree

Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary should be together as Visegrad. Before that, however Yugoslavia should be added as an independent nation.
