In December 2023, they made such an enormous deal out of “Ground Rank VIII”… yet the capabilities of most Rank VIIIs they implemented weren’t all that different from already ingame Rank VIIs and they haven’t implemented any new one for over a year. Most Rank VIIIs are just old Rank VIIs they moved up…
Honestly, the whole Rank VIII thing felt only like a move to be able to sell Top Tier Premiums via Rank VIII vehicles sold as Rank VIIs.

Missiles on the Type 625 SAM are the FB-10 based on the HQ-10 missile with a publicly available range of 10km

From a gameplay perspective we need larger maps and new game modes.
Tanks feels stale because the mode is now just used to spawn a CAS platform because Air RB as a game mode doesnt lend itself to CAS gameplay.

I believe the second pylon can be equipped with a Sparrow, so six AAM4s can also be mounted.

Not a reliable source. Besides, the 625E uses the FB-10A, and the FB-10 has a maximum range of only 9km, while the FB-10A reaches 17km and is equipped with an AESA.
In addition, 625E is for export, 625 is for domestic use, and the missiles are different.
