That’s for the lightwave seeker missile, in-game this translated to the same 7km effective range (probably closer to 6km in game due to the seeker being unreliable) and 10km kinematic limit.
Though there’s a chance we’re getting the ARH version of the missile, which wasn’t in the teaser, but was in the files since the release of the Type 81. This missile has the same missile body and motor, but with a PESA radar seeker and a stated effective range of 14km.
Still quite far behind the SLM, but at least it now compares to the current top tier SAMs.
Not yet, however if it’s coming, we’ll likely know today.
