yk how they say datalink?
well u can switch minimap to radar map while using a tank(not spaa) and when u first spawn the radar vehicle u can move it and then u spawn in ur tank(w extra sp ofc) so when either u died in ur tank or J out u can then spawn the main launcher and fire
basically u have radar, on ur tank, when u die u spawn in spaa OR another tank to wait for CAS
Fun fact: nations were looking at this and could have had some export success.

basically
spawn 1: spawn in radar vehicle
then pop up options spawn in the launcher vehicle or choose to spawn in tank instead(which cost SP but less, say the entire spaa pack is 100sp, then second spawn should be 200sp, but discounted to 150sp)
spawn 2: tank, but now u can switch the top right minimap from minimap → radar map(which is the radar map, duh)
now if u die in tank, choose to spawn in launcher wont cost any sp, but spawn in another tank will cost full sp
Spawn radar vehicle first, put into position, then continue on to play the other vehicles by swapping for some SP until you want to spawn in the launcher, by which point the radar is conveniently already set up
