They seek air superiority platform to support F-16 fleet. Might end up with F-15EX as its the one being considered or F-16V + modernization of current F-16Cs. EFT fell thru iirc and is not even considered anymore
I’m not saying that there shouldn’t be versions of it added, as TT, Event or Premium.
But it is absolutely not an Iconic Vehicle.
It’s a brand new, completely unproven vehicle. It has a single customer that, to this point, has maybe 20-30 vehicles delivered.
You also wouldn’t call T-14 Armata an Iconic Vehicle.
Maybe an Infamous Vehicle.

We have already said we haven’t ruled it out being introduced to the USSR too and have planned to do so in the future. Since thats not in this major update however, there isn’t much more to say about that at the moment.

Would you accept this summary of your statements regarding F-18:
- It is not coming this Update and was never planned.
- It will come in a future Update.
- When it comes, it will come to the USA first or other Nations might get it at the same time as the USA.

That’s pretty much exactly what has been said yes. We have not confirmed when it will come (only that it wasn’t planned to come now) or what other nations will get it and when. (Other than nobody getting it before America).

I have been genuinely surprised with the amount of people huffing their copium because the f18 isn’t coming this update. Even in the leak list it said it might be delayed and when you confirmed it was “delayed” even though it was never planned people still freaked out.
is there a reason that the BAE hawk isn’t in the game yet? is it due to balancing, or that it just hasn’t properly fit into any update yet
We just have many aircraft to work through across many nations. Others have been the primary focus for the UK at the moment.

People are shocked not because there will definitely be no F-18, but because the second patch, the German branch will be the only one without a 4th generation aircraft with the Fox-3.
