If F4F-ICE gets Gen 5 IRs for “balance” then every other nation should get Gen 5 IRs for “balance” on their equal airframes.

just looked up the tejas and its a beast. With r73’s and python 5’s (not to mention its ground armaments ) it would be a beast.

Nah not an issue imo, Tejas is pretty much a domestic plane, Bhishma while massively influenced by the Indians, wasnt so much a domestic product.

Is it balanced to introduce F4F ICE against the Su-27SM?
4x Aim-120A + 4 Aim 9 L/i-1 VS 6x R-77 + 4 R73.
This is not comparing a bunch of missing features of modern 4th generation fighters. I didn’t even talk about the assault potential.
It more than likely won’t be the same BR
(And considering the Su-27 FM, they might not even be too far off in dogfight performance)
Will be 9Ms as seen on the Gripen

2A7V is more than fine for now, no need for anything better yet.
Firstly, BRs exist and we have no idea where things are gonna go cause we haven’t had a dev yet, so save the malding until then. Second, the Sea Harrier can take 4 AMRAAM max, which it sacrifices its IR missiles for, and is subsonic and terrible in a dogfight, by your own logic it needs ASRAAM far more than the ICE needs IRIS-T. To be clear, I don’t want either of those missiles in the game yet.

With the addition of su-27sm and f15c with amraams is it possible for a new BR
A tank with a Trophy is needed.
Although this is all bullshit until the ground is covered by Eurofighters.
And all this is accompanied by good and powerful German metal, metal-industrial.
Its highly likely, it would be absurd for fully equipped F-15Cs and similar to fight F-16As and similar

I cannot see how anything would be even remotely balanced for anyone but the F-15C and Su-27SM if there isnt at least a 13.0 if not a 13.3 added.
Otherwise, good luck ever playing any 12.0/12.3 SARH aircraft every again
