Did you see their own aircrafts such as Lim-6bis?
Swiss Hornet isn’t a viable addition currently though, otherwise it would already be in the game for other tech trees. And the fact that it needs foreign vehicles like the Swiss is more proof it needs a subtree more than France which already domestic options to fill gaps, whereas Germany doesn’t.

Germany has had plenty of small additions like the TAM series and the controversial Sk105 for the ground stuff, doesn’t really mean that it needed a subtree for ground either.
I get that the air situation is complicated but as it stands German air only needed one or two stop gaps until the eventual EFTs, so having an entire subtree is overkill.
