The only way the changes make sense, is if a load of tanks are about to move about. Maybe all of Britain 10.3s for example. If not. They just made soviets the only nation with viable CAS at 10.3 ish

I can see a possibility only because we know the big item this update already, that being Fox 3s. They can just show it off in the teaser and not really reveal much anyway, but this way they can take a longer dev server cycle.
I get the impression they’re working extra hard this update as well.

Its the only way I can wrap my head around these changes. Like FGR2 going down to 10.7. Gunna be great if we actually get a 10.7 line up but FRS1e has it beat on CAP at 10.3 in my opinion

Merkava MK5 barak would probably bring the feature for missile warning since most of the upgrades on the MK5 are electronics and situational awareness, altough it should be capable of using a new apfsds
