Yes, its nothing wrong to add inferior vehicles generally. But all nations will get something close to the newer meta, If next update sweden would get a legacy hornet but not a newer gripen version then its gonna be chaos.

Gripen is inferior to F-18C for air to air combat which is the reason it’ll come first; but that doesn’t really mean anything.

The is absolutely no reason to skip the legacy Hornet.
It’s got a fan base that wants it and it’s an American plane.
What I do see been skipped is the 80s Hornet.

Gripen C for Sweden was confirmed, I believe for the nearest update, but even if it was not to come before the F18 for Finland I don’t think anyone would mind because it’s been confirmed.
F18 handles like a truck anyway its gonna be good for anything
