RB74 is AIM-9L.
M is typically modernized.
So unless otherwise stated, RB74[m] is AIM-9L Modernized.
To summarise:
- in-game, stat-wise, the RB 74(M) is identical to the AIM-9M
- the M in the fabricated Gaijin name of RB 74(M) stands for modernised (BVV said so in the dev stream)

Smin and BVVD confirmed that the M was placed there simply to differentiate it from the RB74.

gajin was just to lazy to model the Aim 9L(I) yet for whatever reason, the AV-8B+ for italy as well as the sweden with grippens used them and not the AIM-9M, but here we are gajin just giving them the Aim 9M
