you are complaining dropping a bomb /shooting a missle etc can break the radar lock you have, thats literaly what can happen and what the job of chaff is. Chaff produces radar signature which disguise /hide the signature of the plane making you lose lock.
A missle and bomb can do that as well
But there is a catch: TWS. Pantsir and Tor have issues holding the lock because of the track while scan feature.
no way someone gets it exploding head
yeah thats me talking to you, nice that you noticed
but doesnt change the fact that its literaly a normal problem then, which just happensand isnt specificaly that happens for the grippen like that guy claimed
Can’t u not use TWS then? or use IRST instead?
Just hard lock, most RWRs can’t detect it anyway 😜
u know what the first top comment there is lol?
just switch to IRST you clown
… you cant
well changing lock system or radar locks seems to be outside their skill field
And without an equivalent for other nations of course, just like the original Pantsir.
btw you wanna know why that guys radar glitched? the dude didnt change the vertical search range /restrict it, you can change the radar to look for specific angles, making the lock stronger and less likely to break as well
IRST? Yes.
Non TWS? No, you are stuck with it. It’s a feature than Pantsir and Tor can “track” 2/3 targets at once.
thats not the case but ok lol
just because you put the search radar to 83° doesnt mean itll make the radar lock of the tracking radar stronger somehow(???)
What’s the equivalent of the F-16C in the URSS TT? SMT doesn’t count because it doesn’t get even a TGP.
it does actualy, if the radar field gets restricted the radar has to scan a smaller area, meaning it scans the area of your targets more times per second then it would before. making the lock stronger because the targets gets pinged more often
tracking radar != search radar
u have it on tws lol
tws is default mode bro how many times does it have to be said
because u make no sense lol
