I concur. I spent a few hours looking through photos of different Indian Jaguar variants photographed since the 2000s and was unable to find any photos of Jaguar IS with the original Ferranti nose where the starboard gun has been removed, or Litening or RecceLite pod is carried in place of that gun
Deletion of the gun and ability to carry a targeting pod is a feature of completely different variants to the one Gaijin have modelled. Second letter of the serial donates whether the aircraft was built as a Jaguar IS, Jaguar IM or Jaguar IB/IT
From what I’ve observed with other JS160-JS179 serialed Jags, Jaguar IS JS170 is most likely either still a DARIN-I aircraft with LRMTS nose and 2 cannons, or has been converted to DARIN-III with the EL/M-2052 AESA radar and the gun starboard gun removed, provision for TGP, and a spotlight installed on the starboard intake.

I guess in the future another indian aircraft (12.3 ~ 13.0) for british maybe MiG-21 Bison, Mirage 2000I, MiG-29UPG, MiG-29K, Mirage 2000H, BAE/HAL Advanced HAWK and Tejas Mk.1 IOC
I’ve included photos of other Jags with the pod in the imgur album I posted above. Albeit they are usually with RecceLite rather than Litening
The aircraft there is JM255, a Jaguar IM maritime attack variant fitted with the EL/M-2052 AESA radar as a trials aircraft before some Jaguar IS strike variants were converted to DARIN-3 standard with this radar replacing their LRMTS

The ones without the bulge in front of the canopy are equipped with agave radar
or at least some of them
The only thing I want is the Rafale M, with the sole reason to make France mains angry.
MiG-27H tho looks pretty cool
