Unless H-39 ends up being as undertiered as Scharnhorst. But I do agree, Germany doesn’t have enough individual ships to split them up like that. I expect their next rank premium to be either Ersatz Monarch, Ersatz Yorck or Ersatz Mackensen

Since it 's been specifically described as a possibility on the strength of being a more appropriate opponent to the Iowa 's and Yamato than the Bismarck(s) would be, overriding it 's incomplete state as a detraction to it 's addition: I wouldn’t expect it to be in the same lineup as them( the bismarck 's).

The problem is Gaijin has locked key vehicles for line-ups behind payments before who’s saying they won’t again? Their or more than a handful of ground line-ups that suffer from this.
Especially names that could make them thousands like Bismark.
To be honest its only real advantage over Bismarck is it’s bigger guns. It has worse armour, a longer reload, etc.
For an efficient nation, German battleships were horribly inefficient. I can definitely see it being the same br as Bismarck.
Have to remember when speculating using this as a basis that the most profitable parts of the paid WT game are the ones w/ the lowest barrier to use: convertible RP and short-term premium time. It 's also why we’re increasingly seeing higher-Rank prems be converted from packs to GE-purchase - the resource to acquire them can be gotten in smaller installments.

How to spot a fake leak list, look at Naval section and check what BBs are there. If it is Bismarck/Tirpitz/NC/Iowa/Yamato it is 99% fake for at least another year.

On a real note, I’m surprised its not like a banned topic. But then again, at most its annoying and to my knowledge has not led to anyone hurling insults.

That is true the devblog response indicated that it would go above where the Bismarcks would be.
Given Scharnhorsts turtleback alone has a higher effective thickness than Hood’s Belt+Turtleback, even though her armour is about an inch thinner H-39 will still probably do just fine.
