I believe the whole concept of subtrees needs a rework. Here’s an idea, have them in the premium side of the nation’s tree and allow players to research any individual vehicles in any order when they get to the appropriate research rank, or outright ignore them if they wish.
Perhaps add a tab feature seperating premium vehicles and event/subtree vehicles, tho I doubt Gaijin would do this because they wouldn’t even add a 6th vehicle line due to “”“engine limitations”“”.
But don’t include any actual unique ones like the thrust vectoring F-15, let’s just flood America with slightly-different F-15s of similar variants with fictional “early” and “late” models to force players to grind the same vehicle again for nearly 400k RP just to use one new weapon.

According to war thunder logic f15sg can get aim 120d or if u want to be more lore accurate aim 120 c8 since sg bought em. C8 and 120d is basically the same if i am not wrong. Since Malaysia su 30 can carry kh 38 i pretty sure 15sg also get 120d
You will have to prove they are compatible (don’t ask me how you gonna prove it or how Gaijin is providing that every AH-64E is with the fnf hellfire or the Su-30 with the KH-38MT)
It probably will be the best 14.3 in the game or atleast rivaling the F-15C GE for it.
I actually can’t see any reason why the F-15SG can’t get AIM-120D even if Singapore never bought them, so long as the advanced eagle family in general had it.
