well factually if we wanna be correct every ARH only has 1-way-DL since after DL is broken there is no-way to reconnect (only missiles which can do this are the SARH missiles with DL)

You are confusing things a lot. This has nothing to do with 2 way datalink

We have two way datalink, you can see where your missile is and what and how is your missile targeting, thats two way datalink.

and the decreased IOG drift is usefull imo. And missiles will prioritize their seeker over DL at every step of guidance.

Again this is just false. Try actually fly a plane and keep exact speed you’d actually have to be a bot to do this, 2m/s over even a minute is nowhere near what even AFK plane does

Plus from my experience the 120D and PL-12A have a way better time when being datalinked against notching targets thanks to their GNSS whatever bullshit

Because you’re using them on planes with good radars, they are exactly the same

@Smin1080p_WT hi, there has been bug reports for a few months now about non-cyclic switching on the radar, and how the elevation doesn’t correctly snap to targets when its outside your radar scope even though their radar signature is present. It works for cyclic switching though. Is this a bug that will be ironed out this update?

Because you’re using them on planes with good radars, they are exactly the same

Most of the planes with AIM-120D/PL12A have pretty average radars for their BRs.

We have two way datalink, you can see where your missile is and what and how is your missile targeting, thats two way datalink.

We don’t have 2-way DL, we have some of the features of it in the radar UI. There are more features of 2-way DL that aren’t present in game. Not all ARH have 2-way IRL so modeling it properly would differentiate some of the missile variants. As would adding DL reconnect which isn’t the same as 2-way
