Meanwhile, I’m playing the UK, France and whatnot for a Leo, or well the flag the Leo is under.
Almost like I’m playing them for X nation and planning on one day making thematic lineups of those nations.

Teh Leopard 2HEL isn’t a “generic” 2A6, but I agree they should First fix the armour. But at least the Leopard 2HEL will bring some diversity in the line-up and strength it because just a single Merkava at 12.7 sucks
Brother the 2A5DK is essentially a Strv 122 in almost all of the ways that matter in game, there is no way it releases below 12.7.
However it most likely would be gamewise.

This is something lot of people need to hear. So often I see people say the sub-tree should have been X nation but ignore the fact that nation would also bring the exact same vehicles they’d be complaining about and often used more vehicles with ties to that nation then the sub-tree they currently have.

No? The Leopard 2HEL is far superior than the 2A6, the 2HEL is in STRV 122B+ levels
Iirc the Strv 122 is based on one of the prototypes that lead to the 2A5.
Sweden just chose the prototype with the add on hull armor while Germany decided to go with the prototype without the add on hull srmor at the time.
I’ll gladly let a person who is more knowledgable about the Leo 2’s history correct me if I’m wrong though.

More often then not it’s X part designed by my nations company was bought by other nations company now making it a joint project. (Even if it was a one time payment do to never going into service)
And set up that only effects one mode and is less the 10% of War Thunder should have more importance then the time period that makes up nearly 50%+.
